All orders or redemption are processed within same business days after payment confirmation.
Once the orders or redemption order is ready, customers will receive a pickup notification via SMS or email.
MyDreamGold currently operates on a pickup-only model.
There is no doorstep delivery or courier service available at this time.
Customers can collect their orders from our designated pickup point:

Orders can be collected during business hours:
[10 am to 6 pm all week days]
Customers must present the order ID, payment confirmation, or valid ID proof at the time of pickup.
Once notified, orders must be collected within 7 days.
After this period, MyDreamGold reserves the right to store, cancel, or restock the order as per policy.
If an order is not picked up within the specified time, it may be considered abandoned.
Refunds or replacements for abandoned orders will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
Customers are requested to check the product at the time of pickup.
Any issues should be reported immediately before leaving the pickup point.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their contact details (8608323334 /customercare@mydreamgold.com ) are accurate for pickup notifications.
